Introduction
As environments grow larger and more complex, navigation increasingly combines physical signage with digital information systems.
Brand Visual supports digital wayfinding by aligning physical signage with emerging navigation technologies, helping environments remain adaptable for future systems.

Why it matters
WHAT YOU GET
THAT YOU WOULD MISS.
- 01
Search instead of scan
A visitor types a destination rather than reading a list of two hundred tenants.
- 02
Instant tenant updates
New occupants appear the day they open, without a production cycle.
- 03
Route visualisation
The screen shows the path from here to there, including level changes.
- 04
Accessible interaction
Touch targets and reach zones specified for seated and standing users.
How we work

Common questions
Does digital replace static wayfinding?
No. Digital handles lookup at entry points; static signage carries the visitor along the route. A building needs both, because they solve different problems: a digital directory lets a visitor search for a destination and see the route from here to there, including level changes, rather than scanning a printed list of two hundred tenants — but once someone is moving through the building, they need the physical directional signs along the way, not a screen at every junction. Digital wayfinding also updates instantly, so a new occupant appears the day they open without waiting on a production cycle, which static signage can't do on its own. As environments grow larger and more complex, the two increasingly work together rather than one replacing the other — physical signage hierarchies stay in place, with digital layered on top as an entry-point lookup and a technology-ready foundation for whatever navigation systems come next.
